Objectives

The objective of the project implemented under the Erasmus+ Accreditation was to deliver the long-term Erasmus Plan of the Warmia and Mazury Regional Headquarters of the Voluntary Labour Corps (OHP) by developing the competences of young people and staff, increasing the internationalisation of the organisation, and improving the quality of youth work through the use of non-formal education methods. The project was linked to the three strategic objectives of our Erasmus Accreditation. The first objective was to strengthen European cooperation and expand international activities by establishing and developing partnerships with organisations working in the field of youth. Due to the dynamic growth of our international cooperation, at the end of 2025 we updated our Erasmus Plan, increasing our target from three to seven new European partnerships. During the implementation of this project, we established cooperation with two new European organisations, contributing to the achievement of this more ambitious objective and creating a solid foundation for future joint initiatives. The second objective was to strengthen the professional competences of the WM WK OHP staff working with young people. This objective was achieved through the international training course "Click to Connect", which enhanced participants' digital, communication and methodological competences, particularly in the use of modern digital tools, social media and non-formal education methods in youth work. The third objective was to increase young people's social engagement, motivate them towards personal development, and support the development of their personal, social, civic and intercultural competences through participation in international mobility activities. This objective was implemented through two youth exchanges – "Stress Less – Live Best" and "GreenFit" – during which participants developed their ability to cooperate in an international environment, improve communication and teamwork skills, strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset, and become more actively involved in society. Another important objective of the project was to promote mental and physical well-being, healthy and sustainable lifestyles, environmental responsibility, the conscious use of digital tools, and active youth participation. Particular attention was paid to the inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities by ensuring their equal access to international mobility opportunities and personal development. All project activities were carefully designed to respond to the needs of the participants while strengthening the organisational capacity of WM WK OHP, reinforcing the European dimension of its activities, and building sustainable partnerships that provide a strong foundation for future projects implemented under the Erasmus+ Accreditation.
