In 2024, our project was primarily aimed at achieving three of the six overarching goals of our Accreditation. Above all, we addressed the issue of social inclusion, or the promotion of the broadly understood concept of "inclusion," in all our activities. This is the broadest of the established goals and applies to the entire Accreditation period. This goal aligns with both the core missions of the Erasmus+ program and our core statutory goals, as well as those stemming from international cooperation. Therefore, we kept in mind issues such as promoting integration, equality, youth engagement, active participation in social life, promoting and creating diverse offerings that include the excluded, and so on. Last year, we particularly emphasized this area, in conjunction with the themes of sport, active lifestyles, and healthy eating. This goal was pursued during both the youth exchanges and the seminar, as we also considered the need for continuous development of staff competencies, adapting methods to current realities, exchanging experiences, gathering feedback, and testing solutions during youth projects, etc. Our next primary goal for this year was to promote sports and a healthy lifestyle among a group of 80 young people (direct participants) and a broader group of several hundred indirect beneficiaries, whom we sought to reach through promotional activities and disseminating the project's results. Our activities aimed to counteract deteriorating health trends among young people by promoting physical activity, a healthy diet, preventative measures, and so on, and to empower young people to embrace positive change, thus fulfilling one of our fundamental statutory goals. A broadly understood healthy lifestyle also includes respect for the environment, our surroundings, but also lifestyle, consumption, and so on. Therefore, we also sought to promote, among other things, the European Green Deal and reinforce the belief that it is possible to participate in pro-environmental activities from an early age, contributing to environmental protection. The final activity planned for the 2024 Accreditation Program was an evaluation seminar. In addition to its core evaluation objectives, this activity also provided another opportunity to strengthen the youth work skills of 12 representatives of partner NGOs, including three from our association. The meeting also provided an excellent opportunity to consolidate partnerships by, among other things, developing initial assumptions for new applications in the next accreditation round, individual competitions under Action 1, and potentially other competitions, such as Action 2 under Erasmus+. Implementing activities last year, despite a somewhat limited budget, also allowed us to achieve our goal of highlighting our presence in various parts of Małopolska. We completed one activity in Podhale, one in the Tarnów region, and culminated the year with a seminar in Krakow. Last year also provided an opportunity to develop partnerships, acquire new competencies, expand our membership base, and thus, broaden our organization's development.
