The main aim of implementing the accredited projects was to provide young people and youth workers with meaningful learning experiences that helped them grow personally, socially, and professionally. Each activity under the accreditation had specific goals, but together they contributed to strengthening the quality of youth work, promoting intercultural understanding, and building long-term international cooperation. The Youth Exchange “All About Leadership 2” aimed to develop leadership skills among young people and to continue the success of the first edition of the project. The objectives included improving public speaking, encouraging young people to take initiative, and helping them understand different leadership styles. Through teamwork and group tasks, participants learned how to communicate effectively in an international environment and how to take responsibility in shared projects. The exchange also gave them the opportunity to build self-confidence, share experiences, and create a network of motivated young leaders who could apply what they learned in their schools and local communities. The Youth Exchange “Discover Culture: Władysławowo” had the objective of increasing intercultural awareness and appreciation among young people. It focused on discovering the traditions, customs, and heritage of the participating countries and on understanding cultural similarities and differences. Each national team was responsible for leading an activity that presented its own culture, which encouraged responsibility and creativity. The goal was to help participants respect diversity, overcome stereotypes, and see culture as a tool for connection rather than division. The project also aimed to strengthen tolerance, curiosity, and mutual understanding among youth from Europe and neighbouring regions. By learning directly from each other, participants developed open-mindedness and intercultural communication skills that are valuable both in their personal lives and future careers. The Youth Exchange “Peace Ambassadors” focused on promoting peace education and building a culture of non-violence among young people. The main objective was to encourage participants to become active promoters of peace, dialogue, and social unity in their own environments. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and role-playing activities, they learned about tolerance, empathy, and conflict resolution. The project aimed to reduce prejudice and discrimination by helping young people understand the importance of respect and cooperation between different cultures. It also supported the development of active citizenship, inspiring participants to take responsibility in their communities and work on initiatives that promote peaceful coexistence. The exchange provided a safe and inclusive environment for youth to discuss sensitive topics and express their opinions freely while learning from each other’s perspectives. The Partnership Building and Evaluation Meeting in Nidzica Castle had different but equally important objectives. It was designed to strengthen international cooperation among partner organisations, evaluate the results of the previously accredited projects, and plan future actions. The meeting gathered representatives who had taken part in previous activities and were directly involved in project management. The goal was to reflect on what had been achieved, identify areas for improvement, and exchange best practices in youth work. The meeting also aimed to create new project ideas for the following years and to ensure that the partnerships built during the accreditation remained active and productive. Each organisation presented its own experiences and suggestions, which helped shape a stronger and more efficient network. Across all projects, the general objectives of the accreditation were to promote non-formal learning, inclusion, and intercultural dialogue among young people. The projects aimed to strengthen cooperation between European and neighbouring countries and to give youth the chance to experience learning in an international setting. They focused on helping participants develop key competencies such as communication, teamwork, leadership, creativity, and problem-solving. At the same time, the projects contributed to building the capacity of organisations to work together at the European and international level, ensuring that the cooperation established during the accreditation would continue in future initiatives.
