The following activities were carried out during the third year of the accreditation period: A1 Youth Exchange – “EU Values. Bridges of Culture” A2 Staff Mobility. Training Course – “Digital Technologies. Critical Thinking and Media Literacy.” A3 Staff Mobility. Training Course – “Green Business” A4 Staff Mobility. Training Course – “Creative Bridges to Action” The above activities were carried out in accordance with the following objectives, which had been previously defined in the accreditation: Objective 1: To enhance the key and professional competencies of youth workers and equip them with new tools and methods for non-formal and informal education, thereby improving the quality of youth work at the local, regional, national, European, and international levels by supporting the educational and professional development of youth workers associated with the Foundation. Objective 2: To develop international cooperation, expand networks, and exchange best practices regarding the functioning of nongovernmental organizations by implementing projects with new organizations working on behalf of youth. Objective 3: To strengthen the key competencies of youth belonging to our target group and to increase their opportunities for personal and professional development. Objective 4: Empowering young people and encouraging their participation in democratic life by involving them in the planning and implementation of activities, as well as in decision-making processes related to the implementation of projects. Objective 5: To promote sustainable development and environmental protection by carrying out at least three projects in this area and by incorporating into all projects activities that contribute to reducing the negative impact on the environment.
