The project aimed to achieve three main strategic goals, stemming directly from the Erasmus+ accreditation and addressing the needs of the youth community in Lublin. These goals were developed in line with the program's horizontal priorities – social inclusion, digital transformation, environmental protection, and participation in democratic life – and with the mission of long-term development of competences of young people and youth workers. Each goal was implemented through dedicated international activities, creating a coherent and complementary development program. The first strategic goal – through strengthening cooperation with voluntary and professional organizations from various fields of youth work – aimed to enhance the competences of youth workers and professionals working with young people. This was primarily achieved through the "Participation of Values" activity, which brought together young leaders and professionals supporting young people. In international teams, participants analyzed societal challenges and exchanged good practices in engaging young people in public life. As a result, the project contributed to the development of skills in communication, initiative planning, needs assessment, and cross-sectoral cooperation, as well as to the sustainable strengthening of the network of partner organizations across Europe. The second objective focused on promoting mental health among young people and those working with them through educational and preventative projects. This was achieved through the "Dolce Far Niente" youth exchange, whose program focused on the mechanisms of stress and burnout in youth work. Participants learned relaxation techniques, methods for maintaining work-life balance, and ways to create peer support systems. This activity increased awareness of the importance of mental well-being in social work and volunteering, and equipped young people with specific tools for supporting themselves and others. The third objective aimed to provide young people from Lublin with a permanent offer of international activities, enabling them to develop competencies, exchange experiences, and actively participate in social processes. This was achieved through the "Youth: This Connects" exchange, which focused on digital education and informed media use. Participants acquired skills in critical information analysis, recognizing disinformation, and using digital tools and artificial intelligence for educational and social purposes. This project strengthened young people's sense of empowerment, developed their future-oriented competencies, and encouraged their continued participation in international initiatives. The implementation of all activities contributed to strengthening the European cooperation network, improving the quality of youth work in Lublin, and enhancing the European dimension of local youth initiatives. As a result, the project comprehensively implemented the objectives of Erasmus+ accreditation and supported the long-term development of young people and the participants of their dissemination activities.
