Objectives

The accredited project implemented by Positive Impact Center under the Erasmus+ Youth Programme was designed as part of the organisation’s long-term development strategy established through its Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation. The project reflected our motivation to use accreditation not merely as a funding mechanism, but as a structured opportunity to expand our organisational capacity, professional competences and social impact in the youth sector. Positive Impact Center is a non-governmental organisation based in Białystok (Poland), committed to empowering young people and youth workers through international mobility, digital learning, and entrepreneurial education. Over the years, the organisation has built a strong foundation in non-formal education, focusing on helping young people turn their skills and knowledge into practical, value-based initiatives. The accreditation framework allows us to plan this development gradually, ensuring sustainability and long-term impact. The project implemented between November 2024 and April 2025 consisted of two complementary mobility activities forming the E-Educators learning pathway: E-Educators: Digital Education in Youth Work – a training course for youth workers (Białystok, 23–29 November 2024), focused on capacity building, digital tools, and innovative methods in non-formal education. E-Educators: Share Your Knowledge Through Digital Products – a youth exchange (Rajgród, 14–22 April 2025), aimed at helping young participants recognise their skills and transform them into educational products, such as e-books and digital resources. Together, these activities created a coherent process responding directly to the objectives of our Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation, which are to: Strengthen the personal and professional development of young people through entrepreneurial learning and non-formal education. We believe every individual possesses valuable knowledge or experience that can be shared with others. Our goal is to empower them to use digital tools, marketing strategies and online communication to turn their ideas into learning opportunities for themselves and others. Enhance the quality of youth work through digital transformation. We aim to build the capacity of youth organisations and youth workers by supporting them in developing digital competences, creating online learning spaces, and improving their ability to engage young people through innovative, technology-based education. Promote intercultural dialogue and cooperation. Bringing together young people and youth workers from diverse cultural, social and economic backgrounds allows us to foster empathy, tolerance and a sense of European identity. Our activities encourage participants to learn from each other and to value diversity as a resource for growth. Within this specific project, the training course provided youth workers with practical experience in applying digital and AI-based tools in non-formal education. They explored how to design inclusive and engaging online learning experiences and co-created the E-educators Course Concept that can be used by NGOs across Europe. The youth exchange continued this learning process from the perspective of young people. Participants were encouraged to recognise their individual talents and transform them into meaningful educational outputs. Working collaboratively, they produced the E-Educators E-Book, a digital publication documenting their creative process and sharing practical ideas for peer learning and collaboration. Both mobilities contributed directly to the strategic goals of the accreditation by advancing digital competences, supporting inclusion, and promoting active European citizenship. The project also reinforced the organisational capacity of Positive Impact Center and its partners, improving project management, digital communication, and the use of open-access learning platforms. By combining entrepreneurial learning, digital innovation and intercultural cooperation, the project demonstrated how accredited organisations can create meaningful, scalable results aligned with the Erasmus+ priorities of digital transformation, inclusion and participation, as well as the EU Youth Strategy goals – Engage, Connect, Empower.
