The aim of the Erasmus+ project "Green Vibes, Tasty Bites" was to increase environmental awareness among young people and promote a healthy, sustainable lifestyle among participants from Poland, Greece, Latvia, and Estonia. Through joint activities, workshops, and practical activities, the project aimed to demonstrate that environmental care, healthy eating, and personal development can be combined with enjoyment, creativity, and intercultural cooperation. The project's main goals included: developing pro-environmental attitudes and responsible habits, such as reducing plastic use, waste separation, saving energy and water, and supporting the zero-waste concept; promoting a healthy lifestyle by learning about conscious eating and preparing meals in accordance with the slow food principle; strengthening a sense of European community through the exchange of experiences and learning about the cultures and traditions of partner countries; developing practical, social, and communication skills, such as teamwork, action planning, and cooperation; and fostering young people's creativity and entrepreneurship by creating their own pro-environmental initiatives. A key element of the project was also the consolidation of its results through the development of an educational brochure and an outdoor exhibition promoting the project and the Erasmus+ program. The project aimed to inspire young people to make informed decisions, care for the planet, and actively promote the concept of sustainable development in their local communities.
