Objectives

The idea of the project stemmed from young people's fears of the uncontrolled development of artificial intelligence and the possible replacement of some jobs by robots or various types of digital solutions. Young people living in a reality of constant change sooner or later face the choice of a further education path and are currently unsure of the direction they should take next. The main goal of the project was to discover and develop their own personality traits, skills and talents, which constitute a value necessary for efficient functioning in a rapidly changing world and digital future. Being aware of our predispositions, but also knowing our habits and behaviors, it is much easier to determine what we are really interested in, what we want to do and what we want to develop in. The perspective of people from our surroundings is also of great importance in this aspect, in the case of this project mainly peers, who, by sharing observations, bring a fresh, perhaps previously unconsidered perspective on a given issue. In this way, each participant of the project could independently work on their own "self", but also develop through dialogue and cooperation with other people. One of the main themes of the project was artificial intelligence. A parallel topic was also the types of personality, which were eventually arranged into corresponding colors. The project tasks in the non-formal education formula were constructed in such a way as to develop various types of competences that could be necessary in the future. The development of these competences constituted the specific goals of the project. We paid special attention to digital competences, social competences and language competences. As a result of the activities carried out, the ability to cooperate, negotiate and have a constructive dialogue was also developed. The project was carried out in the spirit of less-waste, which additionally shaped sustainable habits among the participants.
