The project "The Recipe for Well-Being" was successfully implemented by young people from Poland, Croatia, and Romania. It addressed the current needs of young people who, after the COVID-19 pandemic, struggled with issues related to poor nutrition and a lack of awareness about a healthy, responsible, and balanced diet. During the project, we achieved all the planned objectives: - participants significantly expanded their knowledge, skills, and experience regarding healthy eating, as well as planning and following a properly balanced diet. - we developed and reinforced healthy eating habits that the young people have incorporated into their daily lives. - we enhanced culinary skills, creativity, and inventiveness in preparing healthy, nutritious meals. - participants increased their sense of responsibility for their own health by paying more attention to making conscious food choices. - we raised awareness about the dangers and consequences of poor eating habits. The implementation of the project contributed to a lasting change in participants' attitudes and lifestyles, and the knowledge and skills they gained will continue to help them take care of their own health and the health of their loved ones in the future.
