The aim of our project is to provide opportunities for young people at risk of exclusion due to health problems, learning difficulties, and challenges in social life - such as forming relationships or accessing information and international mobility. These difficulties arise from a lack of financial resources, dysfunctional family backgrounds, rural residency, or refugee status. Through free workshops and training sessions, we strive to promote educational mobility and social inclusion for these youth. We aim to offer disadvantaged young people access to non-formal education methods, such as independently organizing trips, establishing connections with partner organizations, and collaborating with young people from different European countries. Given the current geopolitical changes, we have decided to revisit the topic of eco-entrepreneurship among young people. The global situation, including the pandemic, motivates us to develop new solutions related to remote education and work. The world is becoming increasingly uncertain, making it difficult to plan for stable career paths in the current conditions. Awareness of entrepreneurship remains very low among young people, especially in post-communist countries. When it comes to eco-entrepreneurship, the situation is particularly dire. In the Strategy for Responsible Development, Mateusz Morawiecki encouraged the promotion of capitalist principles and entrepreneurship growth. In alignment with these recommendations - as well as the priorities of the Erasmus+ program - we aim to exchange ideas on new enterprises based on sustainable development, social inclusion, and pro-social and pro-ecological innovation. We have previously collaborated with local eco-entrepreneurs promoting upcycling, environmental education, organic gardening, solar farms, and eco-construction. Together with partners from various European countries and Turkey, we will exchange new ideas and build a support network for young eco-entrepreneurs through connections with affiliated organizations. International Collaboration and Exchange This project aims to integrate young people from different parts of the EU, including Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania, Spain, and Turkey. The participating organizations represent diverse regions and traditions related to entrepreneurship and working with youth at risk of exclusion. Together with our partners, we seek to analyze employment challenges and access to information about starting businesses. Through Digi CV, we will help participants overcome barriers related to public speaking and confidence in front of a camera. Our workshops will encourage active citizenship and engagement in local community initiatives. By promoting eco-entrepreneurship and sustainable development, we contribute to building a better future based on tolerance, empathy, and respect for the natural environment. Project Goals and Methods The main objective of this project is to cultivate the spirit of eco-entrepreneurship among disadvantaged youth using non-formal learning methods. By engaging participants in artistic activities, we integrate knowledge about entrepreneurship and global peacebuilding through the use of art, music, and theater. By incorporating non-formal education techniques - such as improvisation, role-playing, debates, and brainstorming - we foster individual development within international groups. All our activities align directly with the guidelines of the Erasmus+ program. We also strive to ensure the inclusion of participants with disabilities in the process of organizing and participating in youth exchanges. Furthermore, we will promote gender equality and human rights principles throughout the project.
