The most important thing for us was cultural exchange and developing key competences of participants for building a safe future while respecting the values of each participant and the values of a united Europe. During the project, partners and participants had the opportunity to cooperate and learn from each other, and each group presented its history, culture, geography, music, cuisine. We managed to create a friendly, safe atmosphere for young people to meet, a place for establishing new relationships. Various forms of work, i.e. conversations in pairs, group work, forum discussion or individual reflection influenced the development of social and language skills. Various workshops and activities aimed to: develop pro-health attitudes among young people by encouraging them to be active in sports and eat healthy. We spent a lot of time outdoors and also invited young people to go to the mountains together; strengthen pro-social and civic attitudes, during the conversations it turned out that many people are involved in volunteering - these people were an inspiration for others; strengthening pro-ecological attitudes - the trip to the mountains was accompanied by a thorough discussion of the rules of moving around the Tatra National Park, the rules of taking care of the forest, fauna and flora. At the centre, we introduced waste segregation rules, and the participants prepared a workshop on good ecological practices; improving the ability to regulate emotions, cope with stress, notice one's own strengths, and build self-esteem. Thanks to workshops with a psychologist, the youth had the opportunity to learn reliable knowledge about mental health. Feedback from the participants showed us that we managed to achieve the assumed goals of the project. It was very important to us that we met the participants' expectations such as a safe atmosphere, new acquaintances, pleasant memories, increased language skills, and arousing interest in the opportunities offered by the European Union.
