The main aim of the project was to reduce the level of mental health problems among young people and to develop effective solutions to these issues. The project also aimed to raise awareness of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression and stress by providing a safe and supportive space for open dialogue and sharing personal experiences. Another important objective was to build empathy, mutual understanding and a strong sense of community among the participants, so that young people would feel accepted, valued and empowered to seek help and support others. The project also focused on strengthening resilience and developing effective coping strategies. An additional goal of the project was to give the participants the opportunity to experience different cultures and to realise that mental health challenges affect young people across Europe. Moreover, the project aimed to demonstrate the therapeutic potential of art and music in supporting emotional well-being and to show that creative expression can promote hope, resilience and emotional intelligence.
