Through the “Our Synergy!” project, we aimed to achieve the following outcomes: 1. Enhancing young people’s social and communication skills Participation in youth exchanges was intended to develop, amongst other things, the participants’ ability to work together, interpersonal communication skills, attitudes of openness and mutual understanding, and intercultural competence. 2. Strengthening social integration and inclusion The project involved 10 participants from disadvantaged backgrounds. The aim was to level the playing field, boost their sense of agency, ensure their full participation in project activities, and support their social activation. 3. Creating a space for international cooperation Organisations from Poland and Turkey took part in the project (Hufiec Pracy 3-18 in Lublin and Sosyal Fabrika Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Derneği). The aim was to establish lasting cooperation, exchange experiences regarding youth work, and develop partnerships between organisations. 4. Increasing young people’s knowledge and awareness of cultural diversity Through participation in two youth exchanges, the aim was to foster attitudes of tolerance and understanding, build European awareness, and break down stereotypes. 5. Strengthening young people’s civic engagement and participation The project aimed to support participants in: developing youth initiatives, actively participating in community life, and gaining experience in group and project-based activities. 6. Improving the quality of work carried out by youth organisations Through the implementation of mobility projects, the organisations aimed to: acquire new methods of working with young people, implement innovative activities, and expand the scope of international cooperation.
