The youth exchange project addressed to blind young people aged 16-18, scheduled for October 1-9, 2024, aims to engage participants in the topics of ecology and sustainable development. The key point of the program is to create an eco-tactile fashion show, which will allow participants to design and present clothes that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also provide unique tactile sensations. The program includes a range of activities, such as educational sessions on environmental protection, eco-fashion design workshops in cooperation with professional fashion designers, and practical sewing and textile-making lessons. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet experts and inspiring figures in the field of ecology and fashion, as well as take part in integration activities and exchange experiences. The program will end with a fashion show where participants will present their creations. This program, based on interactive teaching methods adapted to the needs of blind people, offers an excellent opportunity for personal development, new friendships and the expression of individual creativity.
