Objectives

The project “Mental Strength: Building Psychological Resilience” aimed to improve the mental well-being of young people, enhance their stress management skills, foster cultural and interpersonal awareness, and equip participants with tools and methods to support their personal and social development. The initiative was driven by concern for the mental health of young people and the observed increase in psychological issues within this group. The project focused on introducing innovative forms of education that not only enhanced participants’ skills but also had a long-term impact on their mental health. A space was created in which youth from diverse backgrounds and countries had the opportunity to develop their competencies, work on their weaknesses, and build strong interpersonal bonds through non-formal education methods and group collaboration.
