Through the implementation of the project, we managed to achieve the following goals: 1. 35 participants and 5 group leaders from Poland, Hungary, Italy, Ukraine and Turkiye improved their digital and marketing competences, learned how to effectively run online campaigns promoting local youth, sports, social and charity events, promoting a healthy, active lifestyle, aimed at promoting the values of respect and tolerance in sports. During the exchange, participants in national groups planned to conduct local events with the motto "Respect on the pitch, respect in life", which were to take place after the end of the exchange and be an element of activities popularizing the project. During the exchange, participants in national groups focused on creating and implementing marketing campaigns promoting the planned events. After returning from the exchange, each of the national groups was tasked with organizing an event they had planned in their local environment and continuing promotional activities to ensure the highest possible attendance (Italians organized dance classes, Hungarians organized a meeting with a local sports journalist, Turkish people organized a tennis tournament, Ukrainians conducted online workshops promoting the use of social media in promoting local events, Polish people organized a meeting and joint training with triathlete Mr. Jacek Hahna). By carrying out the activities described above, the exchange participants learned how to use digital tools (previously used by the youth participating in the exchange mainly for communication and entertainment purposes) in marketing activities promoting local youth events, they learned how to use programs for creating graphic content, such as Canva, Prezi and Power Point. 2. 35 participants and 5 group leaders from Poland, Hungary, Italy, Ukraine and Turkiye improved their skills in dynamic photography, related to creating short video materials promoting physical activity and drawing attention to the need to promote the idea of equality, respect and tolerance through sport.
