The project's main aim was to facilitate the youth's entry and functioning in the labor market by improving their ways of communicating, equipping them with tools for conflict resolution, public speaking, and tools to strengthen their intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills. The specific objectives of the project were: - to reflect on why we communicate and how communication has changed after the COVID-19 pandemic - to reflect on how young people communicate, how they deal with conflicts and challenging situations, and to jointly learn tools to help them improve their communication and interpersonal skills - to reflect on how communication, conflict resolution and public speaking skills are essential in today's job market - to equip young people with tools for active listening, empathetic communication, non-violent conflict resolution and public speaking - to improve digital skills in the subject of creating infographics and videos - to create educational materials (short videos and infographics) that will give tools to other young people who want to improve their communication and conflict resolution skills - to provide space for the creation of new youth exchange projects and strengthening cooperation between participating organizations and the young people affiliated with those organizations - to promote the Erasmus+ program among young people and disseminate the results produced by youth during youth exchanges.
