By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve the goals formulated in the application. As a result of the implementation, we achieved: - supporting young people in promoting the role of tradition and cultural heritage for contemporary life, in cultural, social and economic aspects - visualization for youth, what impact an entry on the UNESCO list has on a given community and how to do it, - teaching young people how the interpretation of heritage - the art of building relationships between people and the cultural heritage surrounding them engages recipients, - developing a sense of agency in young people, gaining faith that they can shape their own lives, making them more valuable, comfortable and safe in the European community, learning about the opportunities offered by participation in Erasmus+ projects. The main objective of the project was: to increase knowledge of the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the ability to interpret heritage and media competences by 47 participants from 3 countries, to increase involvement in public life. The implementation of the project enabled involvement in activities in their environments and transfer of acquired knowledge and experience. Participation in the project encouraged young people to get involved in the creation, implementation and monitoring of public policies, including the policy of supporting local traditions, the role of the UNESCO list. Through the competences and experience gained during the project, the participants strengthened their educational development path and professional path, which will allow them to develop engaged activities as heritage interpreters, cooperate with the media, start or develop social work. Specific objectives: - increase in knowledge and competences in the field of protection of intangible cultural heritage, including UNESCO activities - acquisition of skills of heritage interpreter and engaging communities around local traditions - increase in media skills, storytelling and design thinking - increase in language and digital competences (AI artificial intelligence, graphic, film and editing programs, streaming) - acquisition of skills of working in an intercultural international group - increase in tolerance and respect for other people and cultures, promotion of non-discrimination and overthrowing stereotypes - development of entrepreneurship, ability to take initiatives, social and civic competences - acquisition of knowledge of European programs, acquisition of external funds for the implementation of own ideas - increase in the sense of awareness of common goals based on European values in the process of building an integrated European community.
