Through this project, we aimed to empower young people with essential 21st-century skills such as communication, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. By using non-formal education methods, we wanted to support their personal and social development, strengthen their European identity, and inspire a lifelong learning mindset. The project also sought to encourage active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, and greater engagement in Erasmus+ opportunities—both locally and internationally. We set 3 objectives divided into knowledge, skills and attitudes: 1. Knowledge: Equip 24 participants with knowledge about min. 6 theoretical concepts connected to Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Creativity & Innovation, Communication and Collaboration. 2. Skills: 24 participants will improve their critical thinking, creativity, effective communication, and collaboration through interactive non-formal education workshops. 3.Attitudes: Foster 24 participants’ mindset of lifelong learning, social responsibility, and a commitment to positive local and European community, emphasizing the importance of critical thinking, creativity, effective communication, and collaboration.
