Introduction The GenZ PowerUp! project was created to help young people develop skills to deal with social and personal challenges. Many young people feel pressure from social media to meet certain expectations. This can lead to low self-esteem, stress, and mental health problems. The project aimed to give young people tools to improve their confidence, leadership skills, and participation in society. 1. Purpose of the Project The project was started to: Address challenges faced by young people, such as social pressure and stress. Help young people develop confidence and leadership skills. Support young people in managing stress and personal challenges. Encourage young people to take part in their communities and express their ideas. 2. Objectives of the Project The project had the following main objectives: a. Personal Development Teach young people leadership skills. Help them understand their strengths and abilities. Improve self-confidence for at least 30% of participants. Provide tools to handle stress and social pressure. b. Social and Cultural Awareness Promote dialogue and cooperation between young people from different countries. Build connections between young people from different backgrounds. Encourage respect and understanding of different cultures. c. Leadership and Active Participation Develop leadership skills in at least 40% of participants. Encourage young people to take initiative in social and environmental issues. Create a space for young people to share their experiences and ideas. d. Learning and Growth Raise awareness about social and cultural issues. Help young people understand their potential and future goals. Teach them about their role in society.
