The idea for the project was born during a previous initiative organized by our non-governmental organization – Go for Health!. Participants emphasized that one of the most valuable aspects of that youth exchange was its location in a natural setting. They enjoyed walking outdoors and spending time with peers from other countries. As a result, the youth exchange we planned focused on environmental and nature-related topics. We discovered that this theme reflected both a genuine need and a strong interest among the young people we worked with. During the exchange, we pursued the goal of promoting diversity, tolerance, and intercultural and interreligious dialogue. We achieved this through experiential education methods, outdoor activities, and workshops, while also exploring attitudes toward nature in the participating countries.
