Our project's main objective was to debunk myths surrounding clean air and to increase reliable environmental knowledge among young people. We aimed to move the air-quality discussion from broad declarations to a local, everyday level and to demonstrate that small, daily actions do make a difference. The additional objectives were: (1) developing digital competences through working with online tools, (2) strengthening participants’ sense of agency and civic engagement, and (3) promoting pro-environmental attitudes. We pursued these goals through preparatory survey research; participant-led workshops using non-formal education methods (e.g., creative workshops, Oxford-style debates, world café, psychodrama, field games, and peer-to-peer learning); and by producing and disseminating durable project outputs.
