Our project aims to enhance youth participation in social life, with a particular focus on the role of the Rzeszow Youth Council. We aim to structure the activities of the organization, including collaboration with local youth, by creating a network based on partnership with the Youth Council and school authorities. The project seeks to address the needs of both sides - INPRO aims to develop structured forms of collaboration with youth, leveraging its experience and expertise in securing funds and project implementation. On the other hand, the Youth Council, as an advisory structure of students, has the potential to reach young people but faces limitations in acquiring funds and independently carrying out projects. Project goals include not only creating a framework for collaboration but also enhancing the youth's skills in actively participating in social life, securing funds for projects, and increasing ecological awareness.
