The project aimed to promote inclusion by creating opportunities for disadvantaged groups and addressing training dropouts. It sought to develop digital, language, environmental, social, and intercultural competences, as well as to share good pedagogical practices and innovate adult learning processes. It intended to enhance participants’ personal and professional development, increase motivation, innovate methodologies, and strengthen CESPU’s internationalisation strategy.
CESPU, through its Training Institute and Qualifica Centre, develops adult education. This was its first Erasmus+ project in the sector, aimed at fostering internationalisation, inclusion, and alignment with European policies. The project addressed learners’ and staff needs to strengthen digital, language, and intercultural competences, tackling challenges related to employability, motivation, and European integration. Informal, formal and non-formal education was valued in this project.
