Objectives

This project aims to contribute to the revision of the organisational intervention model with homeless persons/social risk situations, in order to empowering staff. Job Shadowing will provide access to two relevant realities: 1 - The Northern European model, where the state and NGOs have managed to reduce the number of PSSA, promoting their integration. 2 - The reality of Southern Europe, where there are strong migratory dynamics that contribute to situations of risk and/or poverty.

Background

Possibility of sharing knowledge and identifying best practices in the European intervention context that are suitable to be adopted in the national context and, consequently, contribute to improving the current model of informal intervention/training with learners, national and migrant homeless people.
