To strengthen trainers’ capacities and professionalism — especially in language and digital skills — in order to promote inclusive practices. To disseminate innovative and sustainable teaching methodologies; to integrate and recognise results (Europass) in regular programmes; to expand European networks and partnerships; and to promote inclusion, diversity, and sustainability, consolidating BWTC as a reference organisation.
BWTC is a Portuguese non-formal adult education organization focused on language, digital, and environmental skills. The ELTLAS project strengthened the trainers’ capacities, promoting inclusive and sustainable practices. It also aimed to enhance BWTC’s European dimension and consolidate its role as a reference in training for sustainable and social development.
