Objectives

The main challenges facing Ai9 in their work in the field of adult education are mainly twofold: Learners - Promoting the inclusion of adults (seniors) in society through training for civic participation and European Citizenship, involving at least 10% of them in mobility. Staff - Promoting internationalization by increasing international activities and the number of European partners - Participate in English courses

Background

Ai9 has a wide range of audiences and projects, and it needs to train its employees with training programs tailored to the characteristics and needs of the target population and provide them with skills that promote internationalization and the association's own Erasmus+ Network. In addition, Ai9 works with senior citizens and we see an emerging need to include them in society and promote the values of European Citizenship - ensuring active ageing.
