The InsideOUT project aimed to develop students’ and staff’s global competences through experiences in European professional and educational contexts to support labour market integration, strengthen ESCO international positioning by expanding networks and partnerships, and promote equality and equity of opportunities by ensuring inclusive participation for all.
ESCO is a vocational school that provides Level IV training for young people aged 15 to 18 from the municipality of Torres Vedras and neighbouring municipalities, while also extending its provision to adult qualification. Although participation in the Erasmus+ programme began in 2010 through the MOINHOS consortium, this was the first short-term standalone project, focused on student and staff mobility as a strategy to strengthen training quality and develop competences in a European context.
