With this project we intend to promote the integration of trainees into the labour market by increasing their employability by 6%; improve their language skills by raising their foreign language grade to 14; reduce the lack of attendance and the incidence of disciplinary procedures among trainees by 50%; improve the technical and pedagogical skills of trainers and increase the network of international partners to 15% of the total number of partners that AEMAS has.
AEMAS runs vocational courses and is faced with the need to improve the quality of trainees' work placements, promote their employability, increase their knowledge of languages and improve trainers' technical and pedagogical skills. This project aims to respond to these needs by organising 20 short-term learning mobility for VET learners, 5 long-term learning mobility for VET learners and 5 jobshadowing for trainers.
