The Sertã Technological and Professional School (ETPS), founded on 29 July 1993, plays a key role in the educational and social development of the region. Its educational activities extend to several municipalities and ten predominantly rural parishes, marked by an ageing population and a lack of opportunities for young people. Located in the town of Sertã, ETPS offers dual certification vocational courses, aligned with the needs of the local business community.
