Objectives

One of the main goals of the project aimed to include students with fewer opportunities in international mobility, enabling them to develop professional, personal, and intercultural skills. All participants would experience new work methodologies, strengthen autonomy, adaptability, and organisational skills, and apply school learning in real labour contexts. The project also promoted European citizenship and would enhance the quality and recognition of the school’s training provision.

Background

This project offers students, especially those with fewer opportunities, meaningful international experience by combining vocational learning with real-life professional practice in a European context. Participants develop technical, linguistic, cultural, and interpersonal skills, enhancing employability and personal growth. At the institutional level, the project strengthens the school’s mission and long-term European partnerships.
