The project aimed to raise the quality of learning at AEPM by improving the experience of VET teachers in CLIL, new methodologies for multicultural inclusion, and providing practical experience to students in this sector. We focused on creating an inclusive and practical learning environment that not only respects cultural diversity but also aligns with global tourism industry standards, thereby increasing our students' employability and international prospects.
This institution (AEPM) has an enriching multicultural context, with 40% of students coming from 44 different nationalities, but it presents challenges in terms of cultural and linguistic integration. Therefore, we sought to improve the skills of our teachers and students in professional courses through the CLIL methodology for teachers and through practice in a renowned hotel in a different tourist environment for students, contributing to their professional success and personal development.
