Objectives

The main focus was to consolidate AES's European dimension and enhance the prestige of vocational education. Faced with contingencies, we redirected the plan to A Coruña to ensure financial efficiency and raise awareness among 11th-grade students for future longer. We strengthened quality through new implementation guides and inclusive selection criteria, aiming for continuous improvement and the administrative maturity that led to securing the Erasmus Accreditation.

Background

AES, the only local public school, launched this project to enhance vocational education and strengthen its internationalization strategy. Faced with unforeseen issues in Slovenia, it demonstrated resilience by promoting strategic mobility with a partner school in A Coruña for a new target group, ensuring budget execution. AES consolidated its role as a host institution for Italian and Slovenian students and teachers, a journey that culminated in the approval of the Erasmus Accreditation
