Objectives

With this project, the Puzzlianos Association sought to strengthen its international reach and impact, creating new opportunities for exchange, training, and learning among young people from different countries and backgrounds. We believe that cross-cultural contact is a powerful source of personal and collective growth, allowing young people to expand their horizons, gain new perspectives, and develop essential life skills. Our main objective was to promote the sharing of experiences, best practices, and knowledge among local and international partners, encouraging cooperation, creativity, and the European spirit. As a youth association, we feel a clear responsibility to create quality opportunities for young people. We want everyone to have the space to discover their potential, experiment with new ideas, and forge their own path. We believe in non-formal education as an essential tool for developing social, emotional, and professional skills, as we believe that learning outside the classroom is one of the most effective ways to prepare young people for the challenges of today's society and the job market. With this project, we aim to strengthen the international dimension of the Puzzlianos Association and increase the capabilities of our technicians, volunteers, and members. This accreditation represents an opportunity to consolidate our work, create a network of sustainable partnerships, and promote a culture of continuous learning and international cooperation. We aim to be increasingly prepared to support young people, offering real and innovative responses to their needs and aspirations. Our goals also include fostering a more active, participatory, and supportive youth, engaging with their communities and contributing positively to local and European development. We aim to combat phenomena such as lack of motivation, school dropout, and youth unemployment by creating opportunities that spark interest, responsibility, and a sense of belonging. Furthermore, we seek to address fundamental and current issues such as climate change, gender inequality, discrimination, and intolerance, always with an inclusive and participatory approach based on the values of European citizenship. The Puzzlianos Association aims to be a space for encounter, dialogue, and growth. We work to create an environment where young people feel they can contribute, learn, and be heard. We want to inspire each young person to be an agent of change, more aware of their role in society and better prepared to act with responsibility and empathy. We believe that by promoting cooperation between young people from different backgrounds and cultures, we are building a network of solidarity and mutual understanding that transcends borders. Through the experiences provided by Erasmus+, we want to help shape a more open, informed, and participatory generation—a generation capable of responding creatively and positively to the challenges of the future. Ultimately, this project represents an opportunity for the Puzzlianos Association to grow as an organization, but also to contribute to the growth of each young person who collaborates with us. We intend to continue developing initiatives that connect the local to the global, the individual to the collective, and that make youth the true engine of social transformation.
