The objectives and motivation of this project remain the same as those described in the strategic plan underlying all projects within the current accreditation. More specifically: the need to improve the quality of support provided to young people in socially deprived and rural areas; to find solutions that allow us to provide a more effective and specialized response to the training needs of other organizations and youth workers (in Alentejo and across Europe); to strengthen our position as a rural creative hub working in the fields of inclusion and sustainability — the two main challenges in our region; the need to ensure greater consistency and continuity in the projects developed in this territory. In this third year of accreditation, we carried out activities that reinforced the second and third objectives through the capacity building of youth workers, as well as a youth exchange that helped achieve the remaining objectives (1 and 4).
