The main objective of the project is the personal and professional development of young people and youth workers through non-formal education mobility activities, namely job-shadowing and seminars. Specifically, this project aimed, on the one hand, to aggregate knowledge and best practices through the skills of the facilitators from the partner organizations. On the other hand, it aimed to develop skills for working with young people in situations of psychosocial vulnerability. This project is part of a strategy in promoting the 0f1c1n4 Space - Alternative Creative Space in Seixal, created and managed by Rato - ADCC, based on the following pillars: * Greater visibility and a greater number of beneficiaries of the 0f1c1n4 Space; * Diversification of equipment and strategies in working with young people in situations of psychosocial vulnerability; * Gradual sustainability of this makerspace as a relevant resource in the journey of young people and other members of the community through the increasing creation of partnerships. It is important to note that the project contributes to the EU Youth Strategy and the Youth Goals: * The project aimed to gain knowledge about the strategies that the promoter and the partners involved can use to promote the participation and empowerment of youth communities, particularly young people in situations of psychosocial vulnerability; * The project also aimed for greater knowledge of the social and educational processes in the development of technological skills in the areas of Electronics, Programming, Multimedia and Robotics; * Finally, the project aimed to establish local and international networks of makerspaces in dialogue for the creation of activities and products with the purpose of sustainable environmental and social development and more circular economies.
