Objectives

The Agenda for Youth Participation (APJ) project's main objective was to bridge the gap between a multicultural youth with a new vision for the world of work and the political decision-makers who need to understand these new priorities; the core objectives were to demystify persistent labor myths and to provide accessible knowledge about young workers' rights and duties within the European and national context, protecting them from precariousness and illegal situations; the project also sought to bring political decision-makers closer to this youth and their vision for the future of work and simultaneously promote youth participation in decision-making processes, ensuring their concerns are integrated into public policies; this process was structured in three distinct phases: the collection of testimonies in the Diagnostic Documentary, the Regional Meetings for Co-creation, and the Final Seminar for the consolidation of the Map for Participation and Employability
