The project developed sustainable development competences for six IATA trainers, increased community involvement through the creation of a network of green partnerships with over 250 volunteers, and fostered social values and interest in EU ecological practices, strengthening cooperation, initiative and environmental responsibility at local and international levels. The project also contributed to organizational development through European certification and the creation of innovative resources.
Through the Erasmus+ project “DARE TO CARE+”, Asociatia IATA promoted non-formal adult education in Vorona commune, Botoșani County, and beyond, with a focus on sustainable development and environmental responsibility. In a region with low involvement in ecological initiatives, the project addressed the need to reduce pollution and adapt to climate change in the community of Vorona, contributing to the local objective of achieving “A greener Europe.”
