Objectives

Within the project, we aim to develop intercultural competencies and the ability to design learning programs for parents, to support the delivery of workshops on the responsible use of digital technology for the institution’s staff. These objectives address identified needs such as the limited availability of adult education programs, the low level of staff competencies in working with parents and promoting the responsible use of digital technology, as well as difficulties in accepting diversity

Background

CJRAE Alba is an integrated special education institution whose purpose is to provide, coordinate, and monitor educational services dedicated to students, teachers, parents, and local community. The project helped staff members to develop their skills in working with parents, contributing to the implementation of prevention and intervention programs aimed at supporting the development of parenting skills, while also offering effective strategies for managing relationships with their children.
