O1. Increasing the competences of ADDE trainers in developing the emotional intelligence of NEET adults; O2. Increasing the use of non-formal and coaching methods for the integration of disadvantaged adults; O3. Developing trainers’ competences to teach and integrate elements of SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities into other curricula; O4. Increasing the ecological competences of disadvantaged adults in relation to SDG 11.
ADDE applied for this project because, in its work with NEET adults and people with fewer opportunities, clear needs for personal, social and professional development were identified. The targeted beneficiaries face low motivation, relationship difficulties, low self-confidence, insufficiently developed socio-emotional skills and low participation in environmental education and sustainable development activities.
