This project offered the opportunity to the 15 learners from the target group qualifications to improve the quality of their professional training, especially those from disadvantaged categories, the objective being that all participants develop their key skills and improve their communication in Spanish. The project ensured the enrichment of the personal experience, as well as the tolerance towards the diversity of opinions and the cultural one of the participants.
The application aimed, and was achieved, to solve the training needs of our students: the level of education of the trainees adapted to a performing educational field, through their participation in rankings held at a potential workplace, they obtained Europass Mobility certificates; all participants, including those with reduced opportunities, contributed to optimizing the international dimension of the high school by participating in VET mobility projects.
