We aimed to improve the general technical skills of 30 VET students in real working conditions specific to their qualifications, to motivate them to continue their studies and to facilitate their integration into the labor market; to increase awareness and to improve sustainable development competences and digital skills by 25% for 30 VET students; to enhance by 25% the active and informed participation of 30 VET students in democratic life in a European context, while promoting common values
We train students in Natural Resources and Aesthetics. After the success of our 1st E+VET project, we decided to continue in order to motivate students to learn and develop, to keep pace with the demands and changes of the labor market, understand the seriousness of work as future employees, and learn in real work-based environment. We aimed to improve the quality of VET, ensure the transfer of learning outcomes by European certification tools, and promote inclusive education and European values
