For the AIDE Association team, the third year of Erasmus+ accreditation represented a consolidation of our vision to empower young people and youth workers through meaningful learning opportunities. During this period, we successfully implemented three interconnected projects: Little Act, True Impact, News Influence, and Youth Motion. In this way, the third year of accreditation became a concrete step towards reducing the gap between urban and rural youth, fostering active citizenship, and ensuring sustainability in the professional development of youth workers. „Little Act, True Impact” and „News Influence” were designed under the strategic objective YOUth can change the world!, focusing on empowering young people with fewer opportunities, particularly from rural areas, by fostering entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, critical thinking, intercultural dialogue, and respect. At the same time, „Youth Motion” was developed in line with the strategic objective Leaders for Change!, offering youth workers professional tools in facilitation, communication, and group management, thus improving the overall quality of youth work in our community. Building on the lessons learned in the first two years of accreditation, our overarching objective for Year III was to create direct opportunities for active youth participation and to professionalize youth workers, while ensuring the coherence of our Erasmus+ strategy. Through these projects, we sought to: Provide equal learning opportunities for young people with fewer opportunities, particularly from rural areas; Promote critical thinking, media literacy, and intercultural understanding as key competences for responsible citizenship; Enhance the professional capacity of youth workers by introducing innovative non-formal methods and inclusive facilitation techniques; Strengthen the local and international partnerships that support our long-term Erasmus+ accreditation vision.
