The project was designed to align to our Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation objectives and to convert them into concrete practice across five activities: 2 mobilities for youth, 2 mobilities for youth workers and a partnership building activity. Together, these actions aimed to build competences for young people and youth workers, make inclusion practical, integrate sustainability in daily routines, widen participation in European mobilities and strengthen cooperation among partner organisations. Objective 1: Development of soft skills, digital and technological competences. Participants strengthened emotional intelligence, creativity, initiative, leadership, teamwork, resilience, and “learning-to-learn.” In (S)KILL THE STIGMA, youth workers practiced early sign recognition, active listening, boundary setting, peer-support routines. Neural Toolbox focused on facilitating micro-skills, such as framing, purposeful questions, clear instructions, and attention management. ExciteMENT and From I to We developed collaboration, self-management, and problem-solving through outdoor tasks, shared responsibilities, and group agreements. Digital competence was strengthened through the documentation of the learning process, through Youthpass, designing visual elements to showcase their experience after the mobility and recording of video testimonials. Objective 2: Promotion, acquisition, and sustaining of inclusive attitudes and diversity. Inclusion was integrated during all the mobilities through open call and fair selection; communication used plain English and visual elements; buddy systems, reflection groups, and creation of safe space, helped participants to express and take the most out of the experience. In (S)KILL THE STIGMA, trainers modelled stigma free practice and ethical limits; In ExciteMENT and From I to We, group agreements, feedback rituals, and daily check-ins encouraged respectful participation. Objective 3: Cultivation and maintenance of sustainability and environmental responsibility. Sustainability was integrated in all phases of mobilities. Participants were encouraged to choose low impact options for transportation; venues offered outdoor access with refill stations for water and sorting spaces for waste; menus were mostly vegetarian/local; printing was minimal and materials were reused. Programmes deliberately included outdoor and movement-based learning activities that link personal well-being with care for the environment. The “Care groups” (cleaning, materials care) integrated the sustainable actions as habits. Objective 4: Raising awareness of and participation in European mobilities among youth We encouraged participation of youth with fewer opportunities and first timers by providing clear InfoPacks, pre-departure briefings, visual instructions, and flexible sharing formats. Many participants were at their first Erasmus+ experience; introductory sessions and structured reflection helped them integrate the learning quickly. Objective 5: Cooperation at local, regional, national, and international levels. Partners co-created agendas, prepared and mentored participants, co-facilitated delivery, and agreed on practical follow-ups. During the ELNN Summit, participants co-worked together on future ideas of projects and local community initiatives. The result is a stronger network with standards for inclusion, sustainability, and several cross-border collaborations advancing initiatives.
