The project aimed to empower young people and youth workers with key competences for participation, critical thinking, creativity, employability, entrepreneurship and with forum theatre and art based methods. Through three youth exchanges and two training activities, it supported the development of media literacy, soft skills, entrepreneurship competences, and empowered youth workers with art based methods and forum theatre as tools for civic engagement and inclusion. The main objectives were: To foster youth participation, active citizenship and democratic participation among young people by strengthening their ability to critically analyse media content and take informed social action. To enhance soft competences such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, leadership, and other soft skills, essential for future employability and social inclusion. To promote financial literacy, entrepreneurial thinking and creativity through experiential learning activities that encouraged initiative, problem-solving, and financial literacy. To equip youth workers with artistic and non-formal educational tools, including Forum Theatre and art-based methodologies, to better engage young people in activities with focus on youth with fewer opportunities. To strengthen international cooperation among partner organisations and promote the exchange of best practices in youth work across Europe. Throughout the project, participants engaged in interactive workshops, simulations, debates, and creative content. Youth exchanges such as Informed and Involved, Soft Skills for the Digital Era, and Smart Start helped participants explore youth participation, democratic values, digital literacy, communication, financial literacy and entrepreneurship through non-formal education. Training courses like Art for EU Values and Act Together provided youth workers with artistic and participatory methods applicable in their daily work with young people. By the end of the project, participants reported significant growth in their confidence, teamwork abilities, and understanding of European values. Youth workers integrated the new tools and methodologies into their organisations, creating follow-up workshops, thematic sessions, and local initiatives for inclusion and participation. Ultimately, the project contributed to building more resilient, creative, and engaged communities of young people and youth workers who are better prepared to respond to contemporary challenges with critical awareness and civic responsibility.
