By implementing the project, we aim to empower young individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing them with enriching international experiences that contribute to their personal and professional growth. The goal is to broaden their cultural horizons, enhance their understanding of European diversity, and develop key skills that are vital in today's globalized world. Through this project, we seek to foster a sense of European identity and solidarity among youths, encouraging them to become active, socially inclusive, and responsible citizens. We want to involve a total of 20 youths with fewer opportunities, which will form 4 groups. 2 groups are focusing on exploring similarities and differences between Romania and other European countries, while the other 2 groups want to focus on understanding the differences in economy, by finding small businesses and trying to talk with small entrepreneurs. For the teams exploring cultural similarities and differences: Objective 1: By the end of the mobility, each group will identify and document at least three significant cultural similarities and differences between Romania and the countries visited, culminating in a comprehensive report to be shared with the local community and other youths within one month after returning. For the teams focusing on small entrepreneurs: Objective 2: Each team will interview at least five small entrepreneurs in different European countries, focusing on their business culture, economic environment, and management strategies. The findings will be synthesized into a detailed presentation aimed at inspiring young entrepreneurs in Iași, to be delivered within two months of the mobility’s conclusion. By the end of the project our objectives will be to: - Provide youths with fewer opportunities their first international travel experience, enhancing their global awareness and understanding of European cultural diversity. - Develop participants' interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills through engagement in cultural and business-oriented activities. - Promote social inclusion and active European citizenship by fostering a sense of belonging to the European community. - Encourage participants to apply their learnings towards initiating community development projects, thereby contributing positively to their local environments. Additionally, this project is committed to fostering significant personal development and skill acquisition among participants. Through the challenges and opportunities presented by international travel, we aim to enhance their resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities. Engaging in diverse cultural and entrepreneurial activities will not only broaden their horizons but also equip them with critical interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills. This holistic approach ensures participants emerge from the experience more capable, confident, and prepared to navigate both personal and professional landscapes in today's globalized environment.
