The Intercultural Communities Association is implementing the project titled "Journey to Inclusion for Bihor County" during the period 2024-2025. Within this project, we will have 5 journeys in which 5 young people aged 18, with fewer opportunities from rural environments in Bihor County, will participate. Our project aims to be inclusive, targeting young people facing various situations of reduced opportunities, including: geographical obstacles, young people belonging to the Roma ethnicity, young people belonging to the Hungarian minority, and young people facing social obstacles. The goal of our Discover EU project is to improve the social skills of young people from rural areas in Bihor County. Objectives: Over the 16-month duration of the project, 25 young people from rural areas in Bihor County, divided into groups of 5 participants for each 15-day journey, will: 1. Develop personal planning and organizational skills. 2. Improve verbal and non-verbal communication. 3. Increase levels of autonomy and personal responsibility. 4. Enhance knowledge about European culture and architecture. To achieve these objectives, we will conduct a series of preparatory activities and planning for the journeys, consisting of five thematic trips where participants can learn in a non-formal, intercultural environment. These journeys are as follows: 1. "Social Route" 2. "Architecture and History" 3. "Culture and Music" 4. "Culture and Architecture" 5. "Heritage of North"
