By the end of the project: -The three partner organizations will have increased capacity to engage in Nature-based Youth Work (N.B.Y.W.) -9 Y.W. will have new competencies to do N.B.Y.W. by participating in specialized trainings. -192 youth will increase their connection with nature -A N.B.Y.W. Practice Model will be created, with non-formal activities adapted to the 3 communities -The 3 organizations will have increased capacity to work on European level -Three new projects will be seeded
