- raising awareness and educating students in Medicine and allied health fields about empathy (definition and sides of empathy, factors decreasing empathy, consequences, resources, interventions); - facilitating their digital self-assessment of empathy; - offer recommendations to decision-makers for increasing empathy in academic organizations connected to health and allied fields; - disseminating the results of this project, for a new approach of empathy in academic environments and beyond.
