The project aimed to strengthen digital literacy and entrepreneurial competences in adult education. By updating teaching methods and resources, we wanted to help teachers integrate digital entrepreneurship into their practice. Our objective was to create a learning environment where learners can apply technical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and where innovation and sharing of ideas are encouraged.
Our project was created to address the need to modernize adult education while also enhancing instructors' skills in digital literacy and entrepreneurship. 4 teachers participated in a seven-day workshop on "Integrative Strategies in Technical and Digital Entrepreneurship". The goal was to combine technical education with entrepreneurship skills so that students could adapt to the rapidly changing labor market.
